Despite the hiatus around its launch, one can't deny the fact that the Google Nexus 6 is a beastly device that is packing some serious hardware below the hood. Provided that you have been among those lucky enough to lay their hands on the device and have been brave enough to dismember the Motorola-made phablet, then you have surely eyed its insides with pure tech geek's pleasure.

Those in South Korea sporting the LG G3, should be happy to know that by the end of this week, the rollout to Android 5.0 will have started. Reportedly, all three of the major Korean carriers will be pushing out the update at the same time. In addition, the update will be available for downloads directly from LG's own website.
Android 5.0 is considered one of the most important updates in the history of the platform.

If you happen to be working in Samsung’s mobile division, chances are you would have been pretty busy trying to port over the latest Android 5.0 Lollipop update to your major updates, but do be mindful that there are other smartphones out there that have yet to pick up this particular update, including the flagship Samsung Galaxy S5 on Sprint.
Having said that, Sprint will be the second US carrier to deliver the Android 4.

If you are in the market for a smartwatch while living in the Land of the Rising Sun, then you might want to check out the brand new Samsung Gear S Wi-Fi only smartwatch.
Over in Japan, this particular model will be made available to the masses via KDDI au, and is not available from any other mobile carriers in that part of the world.
Not only that, Japan is not famous for having free Wi-Fi hotspots everywhere you go, which makes us wonder whether this particular timepiece will be able to sell by the truckloads or not.

We’re seeing a Tesco-branded Windows 8.1 slate debut right before Black Friday, called Connect and priced at £99. That’s roughly $155, but there’s no point in making purchase plans stateside. This thing, like the Hudl and Hudl 2, is a UK exclusive.
More specifically, a Tesco exclusive, with the 7 incher unlikely to branch out to other retailers anytime soon. And yes, $155 is affordable on British shores.

As if Verizon customers didn’t have plenty of 4G LTE tablet options already, the nation’s largest wireless network sees its Android slate family grow by two today.
Just in time for the holidays, the G Pad 7.0 and G Pad 10.1 join LG’s other high-speed “mini-PC”, the G Pad 8.3.
Both these new tablets have affordability on their side when pitted against, say, Nexus devices or Apple iPads.

A new tablet from Acer is called Iconia Talk S and, for the time being, is only slated to go on sale in Taiwan.
It is priced at the equivalent of around $250, with 4G LTE connectivity and dual SIM support on-board.
Granted, nothing else about the Iconia Talk S screams high-end, but adequate is really all you need in the other departments. 1 GB RAM, 5 MP rear camera, 2 MP front snapper, a screen with 1,280 x 720 pixels resolution, microSD card slot, and 3,780 mAh battery.

Sprint’s take on the Nexus 6 can now be purchased from Best Buy stores across the country. You’ll have to actually go into the store to grab one however as Best Buy isn’t shipping Nexus 6’s out yet.
Keep in mind that stock is limited by location, so be sure to call your local store before changing into pants and leaving the house.
Best Buy is offering the Midnight Blue 32GB Nexus 6 for Sprint with a price of $249.

If you happen to be rocking to either the HTC One or the HTC One (M8) Google Play Edition, and have been looking forward to the latest Android 5.0 Lollipop update that was supposed to roll out later today.
Sorry to disappoint you yet again, but apparently, there is a delay for this particular smartphone update to make an appearance on both devices.
Mo Versi, the Vice President of Product Management over at HTC claims as such, citing the fact that Google has placed in another request for a different software version, which means it is back to the drawing board for HTC.
