Verizon introduced a new wireless USB modem, the Verizon Wireless UMW190, developed by Personal Communications Devices. It is already available for purchase online and through the company's business sales channels at a price of $49.99 after a $50 mail-in rebate with a new 2-year customer agreement.

Today Motorola introduced a new iDEN slider for Boost Mobile dubbed the Debut i856. The phone supports Boost's push-to-talk services and comes with a 1.3Mpix camera, stereo Bluetooth, GPS, microSD support up to 8GB, and 3.5mm headset jack. It is available starting today for $169.99.

It looks like there is a new Google-powered HTC device on its way to Verizon. It's called the HTC Desire 6200 and according to the source, it will be Google-branded, which means it won't feature the manufacturer's good-looking Sense UI.

Introducing a new affordable touchscreen phone, the Samsung S3650 Corby. At an unsubsidized price of between 150-215 Euros, you'll get a cool-looking phone with some decent features, including:

It's official: the HTC Touch Pro 2 will be available to Sprint customers on September 8th for $349.99 on a 2-year contract after a $100 mail-in rebate.

Remember the Samsung B3310, the QWERTY slider with that bizzare vertical numeric keypad? Well, Samsung France has confirmed the phone's official launch in September. Unfortunately, pricing and the exact release date are unknown for now.

 

September 8th is the day when Verizon will release two new QWERTY sliders from Samsung, called the "Rogue" and "Intensity". The lower end Intensity is a 2G handset with a 1.3Mpix camera, and not much else, while the Rogue has a 3.1" WVGA AMOLED display, 3Mpix cam with autofocus, HTML browser, and TouchWiz UI.

Both models will hit the shelves on September 8; the Rogue will cost you $199.

With the upcoming launch of the BlackBerry Storm 2, Verizon decided to dispose of its stock of old Storms. And what is a better way to sell old handsets than making them dirt cheap. If you're willing you can now get the 9530 for a just $49.99 on a two-year contract after rebate. That's $100 lower than the original price, which makes it a great deal.

However, we'd suggest you to wait a bit, save up some money and buy the second Storm.

Introducing the new Nokia 5230, the company's yet another touchscreen handset. There's nothing special about it: it runs S60 5th edition, has decent features and will be available in two versions in Q4 2009. The regular model will cost €149, while the Comes with Music version will be available for €259. On the video below (official apparently) we can see how the screen lags when scrolling the pages.
