The much rumored Dell Mini 3i phone has has landed on China Mobile's network. It's a 2G candibar handset positioned as a part of the carrier's new Application Platform that offers music, video, and app downloads to mobile phones from Nokia, Samsung, LG, and Dell. The device also lacks WiFi, but does come with a decent set of other features:
- 3.5" 360 x 640 capacitive touchscreen;
- Android-based Open Mobile System (OMS);
- 3Mpix camera;
- microSD slot;
- Bluetooth;
- 950mAh battery

DigiTimes is reporting a Q4 launch for two new handsets from HTC, codenamed Mega and Click. Both handsets will fall into the mid-range smartphone category and are expected to drop at around $300, each.
The HTC Mega reportedly features:
- Windows Mobile 6.5;
- 2.8-inch QVGA (240×320) touchscreen;
- 3 megapixel camera;
- GPS;
- 528 MHz processor

A picture of the upcoming Samsung InstinctQ has surfaced recently, and confirmed our expectations: it's an Android-powered landscape QWERTY slider for Sprint. We definitely like the touch-sensitive Home, Menu and Back buttons, and the keyboard looks pretty solid. The screen doesn't look bright and clear, but maybe it's just the photo. The new Samsung Gravity 2 is now available on T-Mobile's website at a laughably cheap price of $29.99 on contract after rebate. The phone comes in a choice of "Metallic Pumpkin" and "Berry Mauve", and features a 2Mpix camera, small screen, GPS, AWS 3G, and a slide-out QWERTY keyboard perfect for heavy texters.

Details on the exact contents are not available yet, but according to the original source it includes the usual "performance improvements and bug fixes". We'll see. PhoneArena has managed to get some new info regarding the Instinct HD. The handset will be dubbed the S50, like it was called initially, and is expected to be hit the shelves sometime around mid-September, which is about half a month away.

According to Digitimes, Microsoft will be releasing the official version of WinMo 6.5 on October 1st this year. They also mentioned that the company also plans to release an touch optimized version of the Windows Mobile 6.5 by February 2010 before the launch of Windows Mobile 7 in Q4 2010. The original Modu was released just last month, and the company is already preparing a successor. Pocket-lint reported that a so-called Modu 2 should debut in selected markets next year.
The handset will have a full touchscreen, 3.5G connectivity, and will also come with an optional QWERTY jacket with hard keys for the touchscreen keyboard.

The FCC has recently outed a misterious Nokia flip complete with AT&T branding. Today we know it's real name - the Nokia 6350. It looks like Samsung's runningg out of ideas for phone names. Really? "Honey Bubble"? What a dumb name. Spec-wise, this slider features a 2Mpix camera, a T-DMB tuner, media player, and Bluetooth.
