LG has revealed several prerendered profile images of the upcoming next-gen Chocolate handset on its Spanish blog yesterday. According to the manufacturer, the new Chocolate will boast improved usability while maintaining the stylish design of its predecessor. Those pics sure look lovely, but that's what we'll be drooling over until next month when some new details will be released.

The handset costs $199.99, with a guaranteed delivery date of August 5th. Existing customers can go ahead and place their pre-orders until July 28th.

A new Sony Ericsson phone called "Twiggy" was spotted in the wild today. Actually, it was firs spotted back in March, and it looks like a replacement for the aging W350. No word on specs just yet, but we'll keep you up to date.

Despite the relatively recent launch, the Nokia N97 is already available at Amazon with 15% off. The new price is $599.99 with free shipping, but even so the unlocked version still costs too much for an the average buyer. Such handsets like Apple3GS, the Palm Pre and the BlackBerry Storm cost less.
