The world’s thinnest LTE smartphone is coming from China. Oppo R3 to come in a 6.3mm-thin body and mid-range specs.
Tha sad thing is that it’s made for China’s 4G networks and elsewhere it would be stuck to 3G speeds.
Specs wise, the R3 packs a 1.6GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 400 chip, 5-inch 720p HD screen, 1GB of RAM, 8GB of expandable storage, 8-megapixel rear and 5-megapixel front cameras. Android 4.3 Jelly Bean is running the show with Oppo’s own ColorOS singing on top.
In China, this unit will go for 2,299 RMB, which translates into some $369.
