The UBiQUiO, mostly known as a UMPC producer, seems to becoming a serious smartphone manufacturer as well. Check out its latest 503G handset, a powerful and multifunctional device which may interest many of you. UBiQUiO 503G is a Windows Mobile 6 based 3G smartphone, operating on a 520MHz Marvell XScale PXA 270 processor and featuring a Qualcomm 6280 3G/HSDPA chip. Memory includes 96MB of RAM and 192MB of ROM. A large part of the memory seems to be constantly used up, but this may be a bug. Expect bug fixes and software updates in the future.
