A bunch of new Lenovo gear is headed for market starting in September. There’s a mysterious wearable piece in the works, a Yoga Tablet 2 Pro, between two and five fresh Android smartphones and, last but not least, a new 8-inch slate.
A slate running Android 4.4 KitKat rumored to come featuring the Atom Z3745, clocked at 1.33 GHz and capable of reaching speeds of up to 1.86 GHz thanks to Turbo Boost technology.
Made of a textured plastic, based on leaked photos, the tablet is quite slim and sleek and apparently packs 2 GB RAM, 16 GB built-in storage space, as well as all the connectivity works, from Wi-Fi to Bluetooth to optional 4G LTE.
Screen resolution remains a mystery, and so does battery capacity, while the rear-facing camera is unusually skillful for such a large gadget: 8 megapixels, autofocus, flash, f2.2 wide aperture
