US Cellular has confirmed that it would start selling the brand new G Flex 2 sometime in the spring, thus offering its customers the chance to buy the world’s first Snapdragon 810-powered smartphone.
Definitely one of the hottest smartphones announced at CES 2015, the LG G Flex 2 is more compact that its predecessor, as its display is a 5.5-inch 1080p one.
The new smartphone runs Android 5.0 Lollipop, and has a self-healing back cover. It’s also got lots of features including LTE connectivity, 3 GB of RAM, and a 13 MP rear camera with laser auto focus.
Before launching the LG G Flex 2, US Cellular will start selling another unusual smartphone: the Samsung Galaxy Note Edge. The Note Edge will be sold by US Cellular starting tomorrow, January 7, for $399 on contract.
