Swedish Mobil.Se has some good photos of the full range of HP iPAQ smartphones and PDAs, which should become available before the end of the year. Here are some details about each of them. HP iPAQ 914: specs include support for 7.2Mbps HSDPA, WiFi b/g, 3Mpix camera, A-GPS, 2.46" touch-screen, Windows Mobile 6 Pro OS, Google Maps goodness, QWERTY keyboard. Expected to appear in November for 5500 SEK (around $800) unsubsidized. HP iPAQ 614: has the same price and specs as the previous, except that it has a larger 2.8" touch-screen, a touch-sensitive scroll and no QWERTY keyboard. Scheduled to launch in October. HP iPAQ 314: a GPS device with pre-loaded West European maps, running on the company's own software. Some of the features include a 4.3" 800 x 480 touch-screen, media playback capability, Bluetooth. No price or release date announced yet. HP iPAQ 214: has a 4" 480 x 640 VGA touch-screen, Wi-Fi connectivity, VoIP capabilities, measures 120x76.6x16 mm and weighs 187g. Will be available for 3800 SEK ($500). HP iPAQ 114: 3.5" 320 x 240 display, 64MB RAM and Bluetooth. This one will ship in October for 3000 SEK ($430).
