Apple is holding a London news conference on Tuesday, where it will supposedly unveil its plans on launching the iPhone in Europe. The most likely European carriers are Spanish Telefonica's O2 UK unit, Deutsche Telekom's T-Mobile and France Telecom's Orange. So far there aren’t many details about the future conference: Telefonica, France Telecom and Deutsche Telekom have maintained a strict silence about any deal, but we can expect the iPhone to appear in the European market before Christmas. It is also known that a share of data/voice revenue generated by the handset in Europe will belong to Apple. Well, now all that is left to see is how the handset will be accepted in these countries. There is yet no info on European release of the 3G iPhone.
