FCC has just approved a new java-based 3G music slider phone from Nokia, called the RM-242. The Nokia RM-242 handset comes with play/pause buttons on the keypad and features: - Quad-band GSM/WCDMA (850/2100 MHz);
- 3.2Mpix photo/video camera;
- Media player;
- FM radio;
- Visual Radio;
- Voice Recorder;
- Equalizer;
- Push-To-Talk support;
- Support for Nokia Xpress audio messaging;
- 2.5mm audio connector;
- USB interface for data sync;
- microSD slot.
The phone should hit the markets soon, though the price is yet unknown.
