WiMax Chipset for Cell Phones from Motorola

WiMax presents a new WiMax chipset for 3G/4G handsets.

The modem supports WiMax 802.16e Wave 1.0 and 2.0, and uses MIMO matrix A and B antenna configurations. Designed for Sprint's forthcoming XOHM WiMax network, it provides broadband data speeds and is more power efficient than current 3G chips.
