Apple threatens owners of unlocked iPhones that the upcoming software update can permanently brick their handset if someone decides to update the phone's firmware to a new version.
We're a little skeptical about the fact that a firmware update can make the device "permanently inoperable", but anything is possible, right?
Although I'm positive they'll release a new crack to solve this problem. ;)
