Apple iNewt - The Company's Next Big Thing

According to AppleInsider , Apple is working on an iPhone successor, the iNewt, which is expected to hit the market in the first half of 2008.

The upcoming device (PDA, UMPC, whatever...) will be 1.5 times the size of an iPhone, will have a large hi-res touch-sensitive display using Apple's multi touch technology, and will probably be running on Mac OS X Leopard.

We can expect an official announcement in February.
