BlueBird has presented its new PIDION BM-500 WM5-based CDMA smartphone at the CEBIT event in Hanover, Germany. The handset comes in candy bar form-factor and has an attractive design. The navigation buttons are moved to the left side of the handset, which is quite uncomfortable. Specifications are pretty decent and include: - Windows Mobile 5 OS
- Support CDMA EVDO network;
- 2.8" QVGA display;
- T-DMB TV;
- Bluetooth, IrDA and Wi-Fi connectivity;
- 512 MB of on-board memory;
- MiniSD card slot (up to 2GB);
- 1.3Mpix camera;
- 14.9 mm thick.
The Bluebird Pidion BM-500 will soon ship in Korea and don't expect it anywhere else in the nearest future.
