As you probably know, AT&T recently announced that Samsung BlackJack handsets manufactured in the period between November 2006 and February 2007 might have some connectivity problems.
The company suggested affected customers to call AT&T Exchange at 1-800-801-1101 and exchange their defective phone for free.
However, this is not a mass recall; they are just looking for faulty handsets.
