German Court has Delayed Ruling on iPhone Dispute between Vodafone and T-Mobile

The Hamburg District Court announced on Monday that it would delay by one a ruling on dispute between T-Mobile and Vodafone over the right to sell the Apple iPhone in Germany.

Now the ruling is expected to be announced this afternoon. Just to remind you, the case started on November 12 when after the Vodafone's appeal T-Mobile was forbidden to sell the handset exclusively. The company protested that decision and said it would reserve the right to consider seeking damages.

Currently T-Mobile offers an unlocked version of the iPhone.
