One of the last handsets from BenQ Siemens was the SL98 reverse slider. Its main attribute is the pop-out display sliding out of the keypad instead of vice versa. The phone is no longer available from the manufacturer, but has recently been seen on the German eBay website. Unfortunately, the auction is over, but it's nice knowing that this one-of-a-kind phone is out there. Features include 1.3Mpix camera, Bluetooth, microSD card slot, and a small QVGA display.
