Back in May Canadian Telus Mobility launched the unlimited-calling service, where users get unlimited minutes and SMS for 5 selected phone numbers. You know, the same as T-Mobile's "myFaves". But for some strange reason Telus decided to call it "My Faves"... And you realize that was a bad idea. T-Mobile considered that as copyright infringement and sued Telus over the use of this name. Of course, "My Faves" isn't exactly "myFaves", but both services are similar, so in this case T-Mobile is right.
