Unlocked Palm Treo 500 in Europe from January 2008

Starting next month Palm intends to start selling the unlocked Treo 500 in Europe.

Also known as Palm Gandolf, this WM6 device is currently available through Vodafone for £299.

Palm wasn't doing too good lately, so maybe this will help them get back on their feet...
