Motorola W230 and W270 are two newly announced entry-level music-centric handsets. They both feature Motorola's CrystalTalk technology to reduce background noise and provide excellent sound quality. The W230 is a bar-style phone with a choice of two interchangeable faceplates (licorice/silver and titanium gray/mandarin). The W270 is a clamshell handset with the same specs as the W230. Other features include: - Dedicated music key;
- Integrated DAP;
- microSD slot (up to 2GB);
- FM radio with RDS;
- Speakerphone;
- Up to 9 hours of talk time;
- Ability to store up to 500 SMS and phone contacts;
- Web access.
Both W230 and W270 models should be released in Q1 2008.
