Toshiba G450 is as a USB HSDPA modem, similar in design to the UTStarcom HSM 180. It supports GSM/EDGE/HSDPA networks and features a full T9 keypad for making phone calls or type text messages, and a small 96x39 pixel OLED screen. 
Of course, it would be much easier just to take the existing cell phone, connect it to the PC via USB and use as a modem.
