A European handset manufacturer Sagem is now going to be bought by Motorola Company as President Ron Garriques announced, also he mentioned that they are interested only in the employees of the Sagem but not in the business.
As is known Sagem sells low to mid class handsets and now the company is experiencing financial difficulties with increased competition from major manufacturers.
There are rumors that Sagem's parent company is looking to offload the handset business.
Also not so long ago Motorola acquired a Danish research lab with its employees, from BenQ Siemens' handset division.
