T-Mobile decided to extend its HotSpot@Home service from mobile handsets only to landline phones as well.
It is called Talk Forever and allows for unlimited domestic landline calling. In order to use the service, a new Hotspot@Home router is required, plus additional $10/month will be added to your T-Mobile account.
Unfortunately, at this time Talk Forever is only available in Seattle and Dallas.
