Virgin Mobile USA has recently launched a new low-end handset called LG Flare.
The phone costs just $30 and is considered perfect for the first-time users. Of course, with such a price one can not expect much from a handset. LG Flare is very basic and features Bluetooth connectivity, speakerphone, voice dialing, Web browser, dual screens, Spanish-language UI, and a battery good for up to 3.5 hours of talk and 170 hours of standby time.
