LOL, check this out! A completely bizarre SMS campaign called "Beat the Bugs" has been launched recently in the U.K.
Every week during a certain period of time parents get an SMS message with a reminder to check their children's hair for head lice... No comment on that.
Anyway, six cases of lice were actually found, and participants say they are now more aware about treatment/prevention and that they check their kids' heads at least once a week.
