It's official. AT&T Mobile TV will be launched on May 4th in 58 markets, including Atlanta, Chicago, Dallas, Detroit, Las Vegas, Los Angeles, New York, Philadelphia, San Diego, Seattle and Washington, D.C, and others.
The new service will include 10 channels, two of which will be AT&T's exclusive (PIX and CNN Mobile Live). Moreover, there will be a bonus music channel, CNCRT, available just for the first 60 days.
Currently, only two handsets support the new service. They are the LG Vu and Samsung Access, priced at $300 and $200 after rebates, respectively.
Available subscription fees are as following:
- $13 (Basic) - 4 channels
- $15 (Standard) - all channels + CNCRT
- $30 (Premium) - all channels + CNCRT + unlimited web browsing and unlimited CV video
