A new listing of some "iPhone Black" was spotter yesterday on AT&T's account management site.
While we don't know what it was, it could be the future name of the much anticipated 3G iPhone, as it will probably have a glossy black exterior. The truth will be known in a month or so.
Here's how AT&T explained the matter: "The reference to 'iPhone Black' was simply a temporary placeholder used over the weekend for a scheduled catalog update. It was meant to temporarily distinguish the various iPhone models - 4GB, 8GB and 16GB - but was never reassigned. We're changing the site now."
