The new handset - the Samsung Drift was launched by Helio, mobile virtual network operator. The phone is in two versions white and black. Helio announced that it is just the first of many coming handsets from Samsung. Helio added that GPS will be a default feature in all coming phones.
The Samsung Drift has rich features such as:
- GPS
- QVGA display
- 2.0 megapixel camera
- 128MB memory plus microSD card slot
- Bluetooth with A2DP stereo support
The Drift is available for $225 with a GPS-enabled copy of Google Maps for Mobile.
