After using early termination fee policy T-Mobile USA has been filed a class action suit as T-Mobile charges customers $200 in case they leave before the end of their service contracts which are usually 2-years. T-Mobile actions of doing this violates as many as 13 state consumer protections laws, suit comments, as there is no allowance is given for how long the consumer has been with the mobile phone carrier or for the quality of service they receive.
There are over 100 people in the suit and asks for over $5 million without any comment on pending litigation from T-Mobile.
