The video below shows us an unlocked iPhone 3G. The authors demonstrated how they change the carrier by inserting another SIM card. Unfortunately, no details were given on how to actually jailbreak the device. Maybe they used an early version of the Dev Team's unlocking tool, which should be released sometime soon...
