HTC today unveiled the stylish S740, the successor of the S730, that combines features of the Touch Diamond and a non-touch-screen Windows Mobile Standard device. It has usual numeric keypad and a physical QWERTY keyboard that slides out from the side.
The HTC S740 features:
- HSDPA 7.2 in the 900/2100 bands, quad-band GSM;
- 528 MHz processor;
- Windows Mobile 6.1 Standard;
- 2.4-inch TFT-LCD screen;
- 3.2 MPix camera;
- memory card slot;
- WiFi;
- GPS;
- microSD extension slot;
- FM radio.
HTC S740 is expected to appear in retail stores in September.
