The new entry-level Samsung SGH-A837, known as Rugby, has been released by the AT&T today. Certified to Military Standard 810F, the handset is built to work in extreme conditions such as rain and dust. Features are modest, but appropriate for this type of phone.
AT&T now offers it in black for $130 after a $50 mail-in rebate and a contract.
