Sharp SH810C 8Mpix Cameraphone

It looks like 8Mpix cameraphones are really gaining popularity, as Sharp has unveiled its latest SH810C phone with an 8Mpix handset and a huge 854 x 480 3" LCD display targeted at the Chinese market.

No word on availability in other markets as of yet...
