BGR came up with several screenshots of what appears to be the Mojo SDK for the Palm's new webOS platform. All applications will be web-based and will rely heavily on HTML and Javascript. In addition, there's a very convenient feature of the SDK that presupposes the ability to debug the apps right from your desktop web browser, so there's no need in emulators.
This information wasn't officially confirmed yet, however, but we do believe that BGR wasn't mistaking.
