According a report in Chinese-language Economic Daily News (EDN), the Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company (TSMC) and United Microelectronics Corporation (UMC) will supposedly start making chips for the rumored iPhone nano in March, and the launch is said to be scheduled for no earlier than June.
