NTT DoCoMo has launched a net Smart F-04A clamshell cell phone in Japan. Like many other Japanese handsets it's waterproof, only I can't really tell why. I guess making underwater cals is a common practice in Japan.
Jokes aside, the price wasn't mentioned yet, but we do know what the Smart F-04A has to offer:
- 3" LCD display at VGA resolution;
- 0.4" sub display;
- 570 hours standby time;
- 200 hours talk time;
- 2Mpix camera;
- microSDHC memory card slot;
- 1-Seg tuner support
