We have some pricing details regarding the upcoming HTC Magic from Vodafone. According to the Italian Vodafone site, new customers who are planning to buy an HTC Magic will be able to get the phone for free with certain plans, while current subscribers - at an initial tax of 149 Euro, plus additional 9 Euro per month (most likely for two years). One will also be able to purchase the device with a prepaid card for 449 Euro.
Keep in mind, though, that these are the Italian prices, there's no info on pricing in other European countries yet. The handset will be available in May.
