Great news for Sprint customers: PhoneNews reported that the carrier is internally testing the recently launched HTC Hero, which means the handset could be landing on its network sometime later this year.
Furthermore: apparently, Sprint is also testing an unknown Android-powered WiMax-capable device by Samsung, scheduled for release sometime in the end of 2009, or in the beginning of 2010. If all this is true, Sprint customers will soon be able to enjoy two Android handsets, which has so far been a privilege to T-Mobile subscribers.
