Samsung and Sprint have officially launched the Instinct HD. The handset is based on the features of its predecessors, and offers:
- 5Mpix camera with 720p (1280 x 720 pixels at 30 fps) video capture capabitity;
- HD TV-out (720p via HDMI);
- High-speed video at 80 fps at 480p resolution;
- Opera Mobile 9.7 web browser;
- Wi-Fi;
- Including accelerometer, light sensor and proximity sensor;
- Sprint's EVDO Rev. A 3G network;
- Visual voicemail;
- Sprint TV
The Instinct HD is currently available at Best Buy Mobile stores, and will hit Sprint retail outlets on October 11. The price is $250 after rebates with a new contract.
