Palm Security Fix for Treo Smartphones

Several security updates meant for Palm OS-based Treo 650 , 680 and 700p smartphones are now available on the Palm's Website.

The problem was found in the Find feature when in the "Make Emergency Call" screen. The flaw allows hackers to view the search results from the Treo's Contacts, Calendar, and Email applications, but nothing more.

To update your Treo download the .prc client to a PC and install it via syncing.
