Sony Ericsson Xperia Play is going to appear on the AT&T shelves. The big announcement was made on the carrier's holiday preview event in New York city. As we got to know, the device runs Gingerbread, which makes it AT&T's second Android 2.3 smartphone. The first one was HTC Status.
We’re not quit sure when Sony Ericsson Xperia Play will be revealed, or how much would it cost. But we know that it’s going to run on the carrier's 21MBps-capable HSPA+ network and it’ll have a "Stealth Blue" color option. The only thing that’s not getting any changes is 1GHz Qualcomm MSM8255 Snapdragon chip and 4-inch (854 x 480 display).
