Billabong is a sports brand known for surfing, skating, snowboarding, wakeboarding, etc.
Sony Ericsson has teamed up with Billabong for the Xperia active Billabong Edition, which apparently has been designed “with extreme sports enthusiasts in mind.”
Internally it will remain the same as the regular Xperia active edition, which means that users can still expect the same IP67 certification for dust and water resistance, as well as “finger wet tracking” technology on its 3” display.
It will also feature exclusive Billabong content, such as wallpapers, mobile content and the Billabong Surf Trip game designed for the Xperia Play PlayStation phone.
