Nokia Siemens Networks plans to launch a new 3G femto cell product in early 2008. It is called 3G Femto Home Access, and appears to be a miniature base station (similar to Wi-Fi router), which will enhance WCDMA coverage in consumers' homes. The device uses broadband internet connection to provide wireless connectivity. It also uses a new gateway allowing multiple carriers to offer the solution. The 3G Femto Home Access will probably be released by the Q3 2008.
