YotaPhone’s successor will be unveiled at next week’s Mobile World Congress in Barcelona, BGR is reporting.
The main idea will be the same which means that the YotaPhone 2 will pack two screens, one of which will be e-ink based used for notifications and reading. Moreover, according to Russian sources that e-ink panel will get touch capabilities making it that much easier to browse around pages.
The original YotaPhone came with a 4.3-inch 720p HD touchscreen on one end, and E-Ink display with 640 x 360 pixels resolution on the back. Other features include a 1.7GHz dual-core Qualcomm Snapdragon processor, 2GB of RAM, 13-megapixel rear camera, 1-megapixel front-facing camera, 1800mAh battery, while Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean is running the show.
