Battery type is incorrect on both Fido's and Nokia's web sites. This phone comes with a BL-5C Battery which is 850 or 860Mah not 1020Mah. In any case I think this is why most reviews include such a poor battery rating because the battery is nowhere near what is listed on Fido's, Nokia's and most other web sites.

| Since I was not allowed enough room to finish my comment I will try to continue it here. A search on Nokia's web site for BL-5C will bring up about 7 or 8 different phone that list about 4 or 5 different ratings for the same battery. |
