According to TmoNews, T-Mobile plans to launch its 3G mobile network in the NY City first in May, as you can see in the list below. Also they say that there's an important announcement coming next week.

The given information is not yet confirmed, but anyway that's what TMO reports:

Thanks to the SEMC Blog, we now know that Sony Ericson is about to announce the new Z780 phone, a Z770i twin with an updated keypad.

XML profiles found on Sony Ericsson's WAP site indicate there will be two versions: Z780i for Europe and Z780a for North America. The latter will support 3G frequencies.

We also know that the handset will feature a 240×320 QVGA display, NetFront 3.

Update on the previous info: TG Daily reports, that the upcoming 3G iPhone will indeed launch at WWDC 2008 on June 6th at San Francisco.

The 8GB and 16GB models will definitely be available, but the 32GB version with a thinner body still remains under question.

You all have probably already heard about the recently announced Nokia 5800 XpressMedia Tube, the iPhone-like handset with the similar multi-touch interface. According to some sources, the release of the 3G iPhone is two months away, as the handset will be presented at Apple's Worldwide Developer Conference in June.

Apparently they will introduce three versions with different capacities, including 8GB ($399), 16GB ($499) and possibly a 32GB ($599) model, though this is yet to be confirmed.

In addition, the new iPhone will be 2.

According to Ralph de la Vega, AT&T's CEO, in the coming "months" all of the company’s smartphones, including BlackBerries and the iPhone, will be transferred to the AT&T's 3G network.
