Sony Ericsson C902 Cyber-shot Cameraphone Passes the FCC

FCC has recently approved the Sony Ericsson C902.

First seen at the MWC show earlier this year, the phone comes with a 5Mpix Cyber-Shot camera, quad-band GSM (850/900/1800/1900MHz) and Bluetooth connectivity, multitasking feature, MemoryStick Micro (M2) card slot, and support for Microsoft ActiveSync.

Motorola ZN5 First Live Photos

Several photos of the rumored Motorola ZN5 cameraphone appeared at the Chinese KeySJ site.

The phone measures 11.8mm thick, has a 5Mpix Kodak-branded camera with xenon flash, “hybrid” keyboard (same as on the ROKR E8), and runs Motorola’s Linux – Java OS.

LG KF750 Secret with DivX Video Capturing Capability

A new cameraphone from LG has been introduced today by the Photography Blog, the LG KF750 codenamed Secret. There isn’t much info available right now, so we'll just specify what we know at the moment:

  • 11.8-mm slider;
  • 5Mpix camera capable of shooting DivX video at 120 fps;
  • 2.4" touch-screen with haptic feedback;
  • Suite of mobile Google apps;
  • Bluetooth

The phone should be released in Europe in May.

Samsung Soul Launched in Europe

As promised back in February, Samsung announced the European version of its flagship U900 Soul phone.

The first markets to get it are France, the UK, and Germany, followed by the rest of Europe. The stateside release is still a question, as the phone doesn't support U.S. bands.

One can get the Soul for €400 (~$632). Here are some of its key features:

Sony Ericsson has got a new cool cameraphone.

This here is the Cyber-shot W61S, a new handset with a 5.11Mpix camera with 3x optical zoom, smile shutter technology, and "Exmor" CMOS matrix. In rest the phone support for EV-DO Rev.A technology, and features a large screen and GPS functionality. See more details below...

Nokia 6220 Classic Approved by the FCC

Nokia 6220 Classic Approved by the FCC

The new Nokia 6220 Classic has been approved yesterday by the FCC.

It is a high-end cameraphone with a 5Mpix camera with Xenon flash and geotagging capability, thanks to integrated GPS, as well as the ability to shoot videos at 30fps in VGA resolution.

Also it runs on the latest version of the S60 operating system, has a TV-out port, but unfortunately lacks Wi-Fi connectivity.
