Acer has launched its 2009 line of WinMo 6.5 devices, and while we know what models are included in the lineup, we've also found out their series names. The Snapdraon-powered F1 will be known as S200 and will sit in the high-end neoTouch range, while the E100, E101, and E200 all belong to the beTouch series.

Acer has recently unveiled its first Android handset, the Acer Liquid (basically the same A1). The phone runs the Android 1.6 'donut' build and features a 800 x 480 WVGA capacitive touchscreen, and a 1GHz Snapdragon processor, which makes it the fastesr Androin device to date. Other highlights include improved power management, a new UI, geo-tagging, a "Spinlets" application for access to streaming video and music, and full address book integration with Facebook, Twitter, Flickr, and other social media houses.

Acer in collaboration with C2O Corporation have officially launched five new cell phones in Singapore, the ones that we're showcased during MWC 2009 show. The list includes:
- DX900 - $530
- DX650 - $379
- X960 - $463
- F900 – pricing TBA
- M900 – pricing TBA
The F1, L1 and C1 models will be available some time later this year.

Acer F1, one of the company's future full touchscreen smartphones, according to reports will be very powerful. First off, it will feature a Qualcomm Snapdragon processor running at 800MHz. Secondly, thanks to the new ATI Graphics processor, users will be able to enjoy the Acer Suite 2.0 flash-based user interface, which will apparently run very smooth and fast.
The F1 should be released sometime around September for €560 ($758).

According to the Phillipine BusinessMirror, the first Android phone from Acer will be called the A1 and will launch in September. In case you're wondering, the mysterious white handset pictured above is the upcoming Acer C1, which should be released alongside the A1. There's no source for this news, so consider it a rumor.

According to Vincent Chen, manager of product marketing at Acer’s Smart Handheld Business, the company's two recently announced smartphones may be hitting the stores in the near future. The DX900 is expected to become available by the end of the month, while the X960 should be released in the beginning of April.
