General Mobile has unveiled the DSTL1, a new Android 1.5 based phone with two SIM cards, which should be released in June in Europe and the U.S. Its features include:

• Android OS;
• Dual-SIM slots;
• Tri-band GSM/EDGE (850)900/1800/1900 support;
• 5Mpix camera with autofocus, flash, and 30fps video capture;
• Wi-Fi;
• Bluetooth 2.

And here's another Android phone bound for AT&T. Its called Motorola Heron, and is scheduled for launch on November 2nd.

• 2.8" touch screen;
• 3Mpix camera with flash;

The upcoming HTC Lancaster will be the AT&T's first Android handset. When closed, at first glance it looks similar to HTC Magic, but when open, it becomes a QWERTY slider like the Touch Pro. Features include:

• 3Mpix fixed-focus camera;

French carrier Bouygues Telecom announced that it will be bringing the Samsung's first Android handset -- the i7500 -- to the homemarket in early July, where it will be known as Galaxy. Features include:

• 3.2" 320 x 480 AMOLED touchscreen;

Here are some previously unknown details about the BigFoot (the upcoming Android phone), which featured in T-Mobile roadmap leaks before. Apparently, made by Motorola and will be selling as T-Mobile G1 v2... Yeah... Technical specifications below:

DoCoMo's has recently announced its new HT-03A handset, which looks exactly like the HTC Magic. In fact, it is a rebranded HTC Magic and is the first Android-powered phone offered by the Japanese carrier. It will be running the latest Android 1.5 OS, which is predictable.

In addition, DoCoMo is apparently planning an interesting surprise for smartphone lovers in 2 week’s time.

A few more days have left until the much anticipated Android 1.5 Cupcake update becomes available to T-Mobile G1 owners in the US. The software will be distributed over the air, and by the end of May everyone should have it installed on their handsets.

Rogers has announced the upcoming launch of the HTC Dream and HTC Magic in the Canada. Both Android handsets will be available starting June 2nd via the carrier. Knowing Rogers' plans, we can't say we're too happy about that.
